The spatial maps show the cortical coverage of monkey and human ICs with full consistency across movie clips (N=3) and significant difference between intra- and extra-cluster correlations (Mann-Whitney U-test, P2, binarized and summed to generate consistency maps. Boundaries of visuotopic areas are superimposed over the cortex. (A) The consistency map for monkey ICs is shown over a representative monkey cortex. (B) The same consistency map for monkey ICs is shown over a representative human cortex, by using a computational model for monkey-to-human cortical alignment (Van Essen and Dierker, 2007). (C) The consistency map for human ICs is shown over a representative human cortex.

Induction of cell apoptosis and regulation of cell cycle are very attractive for treatments of tumors including ovarian carcinoma. Flavopiridol is a potent small molecular cyclin-dependent kinase(cdk) inhibitor, but its antitumor efficacy is not satisfied yet. Caspase-3 play a major role in the transduction of apoptotic signals and the execution of apoptosis in mammalian cells. We have successfully constructed the recombinant adenovirues AdHTVP2G5-rev-casp3 containing autocatalytic caspase-3 (rev-caspase-3) driven by amplified hTERT promoter system (TSTA-hTERTp). In this study, we applied it with flavopiridol to investigate their antitumor effect on ovarian cancer in vitro and in vivo.
All the movie sound clips on this site are just short samples from the original sources, in mp3, wav or other popular audio formats. The copyrighted, unlicensed movie samples are shorter in comparison to the original movie. Samples do not exceed 10 seconds or less than 1% of the length of the original movie, which is shorter. Cellulose nitrate was used by photographers and movie filmmakers as a flexible plastic film base for their images and movies from its release in the 1880s to the 1950s. However, it was possibly still used some years after manufacture ceased by photographers and filmmakers who had a stockpile of film [1]. The use of cellulose nitrate as a film base was driven by its flexibility, transparency, low weight and strength. The production of a thin, light and flexible cellulose nitrate film in the 1880s was praised for the resulting luminous, high-contrast images, that were attributed to a silver rich emulsion and the excellent transparent nature of the film [2]. It allowed the industry to move away from the heavy glass plates being used and made the process more accessible [1, 3]. During the 20th century, amateur and professional photographers and filmmakers used cellulose nitrate more frequently than any other film support [1]. 2ff7e9595c
